Mr R.K. Saraf has been associated with the Group since 1964. As a pioneer of Ferro Alloys Industry in India, he has represented the country in various International symposiums and forums like World Economic Forum, in Switzerland, International Ferro Alloys Congress and Metal Bulletin Ferro Alloys Conferences and has also served as a member of the Indian delegation formed by the Government of India and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also the Ex-Chairman of Indian Ferro Allloys Producers's Association.

A B.E. in Metallurgy, he has been with the group for over 25 years and has expertise in the field of Production, Mining, Exports and related functions.

Vineet Saraf started his career with the FACOR Group over 30 years ago after graduating in Commerce. Vineet was instrumental in setting-up and overseeing the operations of Facor's ferro chrome plant at Randia, which has a capacity of 65,000 tonnes per annum. Having worked in different fields and capacities within the FACOR Group, Mr Saraf now spearheads the Group's growth into the power sector. He has been involved from the outset in setting up the Group's power plants, including their financing, engineering, procurement, on-site execution and corporate affairs. He is the Executive Director of FPL.

A qualified B.E. and a graduate from Harvard Business School in Owner President Management programme, he has been associated with the group for over 15 years and has specialization in field of Industrial & Production Engineering.

Mr.Rohit Saraf has over 15 years of experience in Mining Operation and Administration.

Mr. Pinaki Misra, a sitting member of 15thLok Sabha, is a practicing Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts (Cuttack, Delhi, Bombay, Punjab, Jammu, Simla, Lucknow and Allahabad) specializing in Corporate Law, Foreign Exchange, Customs Laws and Constitutional Laws.

Mr. A.S. Kapre, an Indepdent director on the Board of the Company has vast and rich experience of over 30 years experience in Project & Corporate Lending, Rehabilitation, Finance & Risk Management. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the company.

Mr. M.B. Thaker has more than 40 years experience in Mining of Manganese.

Mrs. Urmila Gupta, aged 71 years, is a retired officer from Indian Information Services. Starting her career in 1968, she took voluntary retirement while serving as Dy. Director General, Prasar Bharati, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, a Jt Secretary level post. She has over four decades rich experience to her credit as a senior government officer in the area of management, administration, policy formulation etc.

Mr. Umesh Khaitan is the Managing Partner of Khaitan Sud & Partners one of the leading law firms in India. He has four decades of legal experience dealing with all aspects of law but his forte lies in corporate law.
